Our Story

The Morgan Hill Art School was started by Anthony Stenberg a Credentialed Art Instructor and a former full-time art teacher. During his teaching career, Anthony had the rare opportunity to open and create a visual arts program for a charter school in San Jose, where he increased the enrollment of his visual arts program from seven in its first year to over sixty in its third. His love and passion for art and community building led him to art as a profession. Anthony is very excited to bring his proven successful approach to learning to Morgan Hill Art School.

Today the Morgan Hill Art School has over expert instructors teaching over 100 classes a year. Our primary location is in Morgan Hill at the corner of Dunne and Murphy. The school also offers off-site classes to schools,, residential care facilities and low-income housing complexes.

The Morgan Hill Art School is a registered not for profit organization (501(c)(3) tax id#  82-2349735). All proceeds we make from our regular onsite classes are returned to the community in the form of free art education classes for low-income families, assisted living residents and disabled students.
